| Scan Documents: Prepare scanned copies of your photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the guidelines in Annexure-II. |
| Handwritten Declaration: The text to be handwritten is: “I, (Name of the candidate), (Date of Birth), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left-hand thumb impression are mine.” |
| Thumb Impression: If the left-hand thumb impression is unavailable, use the right-hand thumb impression. |
| Visit Website: Go to SBI Careers and open the online application form under “Current Openings.” |
| Fill Application Form: Enter your details carefully. Save partially completed forms for later editing. Note the provisional registration number and password generated. |
| Verify Details: Before final submission, review all entered details as no further changes are allowed after submission. |
| Pay Fee: Complete the fee payment using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the candidate. |
| Print Documents: After successful payment, generate and print the e-receipt and application form for your records. |
| Retry if Needed: If the transaction is unsuccessful, re-register and make the payment again. |
| Do Not Send Forms: There is no need to send a physical copy of the application form to the bank. |
