Education Qualification for RCF Recruitment 2025

Operator Trainee (Chemical):

Full-time & regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with Physics as one of the subjects.
Passing of the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) examination in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) [AO(CP)] Trade or an equivalent Diploma qualification.

Boiler Operator Grade III:

SSC Examination passed.
Certificate of Competency as Boiler Attendant (Second Class) issued by the Director of Steam Boilers and Chairman to the Board of Examiners of the respective state Government.
Minimum 02 years of experience.

Junior Fireman Grade II:

SSC + 6 months’ full-time Fireman certificate course from State Fire Training Center (SFTC) or a Government-recognized institute.
Minimum 01 year of experience.

Nurse Grade II:

HSC + 3-year course in General Nursing and Midwifery (OR) Full-time B.Sc. (Nursing) degree.

Technician Trainee (Instrumentation):

Full-time & regular B.Sc. (Physics) degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
B.Sc. Degree and NCVT examination in the Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) [IM(CP)] Trade.

Technician (Electrical) Trainee:

Full-time & regular Three-Year Diploma in Electrical / Allied branches of Electrical Engineering/Technology.
Successful completion of 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973).
(OR) HSC (Science) + Direct admission to the second year/3rd semester of the same Diploma program along with required 1-year BOAT training.

Technician (Mechanical) Trainee:

Full-time & regular Three-Year Diploma in Mechanical / Allied branches of Mechanical Engineering/Technology from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution.
Successful completion of 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentices Act-1961 (Amendment 1973).
(OR) HSC (Science) + Direct admission to the second year/3rd semester of the same Diploma program, along with required 1-year BOAT training.
