Eligibility For OSSSC TGT (Ats)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce or a Shastri (Sanskrit) degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/SEBC Candidates).
- The degree must include two school subjects.
- Additionally, candidates must possess a B.Ed (a course prescribed by NCTE) from an institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized University.
OR/ELSE
- Candidates can have a four-year integrated B.A, B.Ed from an NCTE recognized institution.
- The integrated program should include two school subjects such as English, Odia, Sanskrit, Hindi, History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Indian Economy, Indian Geography, or Indian Polity offered as Hons/Elective/Optional Subjects.

Eligibility For OSSSC Tribal Language Teacher
- ST candidates from the same tribal community for which language selection is being made should have a minimum qualification of +2 Science/Arts/Commerce or equivalent, declared by the appropriate authority.
- Additionally, they should possess desirable training qualifications and must demonstrate proficiency in the language operational in schools under the IMLE program.
- Candidates must have Odia as their mother tongue language up to Class-VII.
Eligibility For OSSSC Sevak/Sevika
- Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/SEBC Candidates).
- Additionally, candidates should have completed a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Alternatively, candidates can possess a Graduation degree along with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
