Education Qualification for OHPC Recruitment 2025

  • Asst. Teacher (MCT)
  • Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent with 50% and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (CT/D.El.Ed.), OR
  • Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed., OR
  • Graduation with 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (as per NCTE norms), OR
  • Higher Secondary with 4-year B.El.Ed. or 2-year Diploma in Special Education, OR
  • Postgraduate with 55% and 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
  • Computer knowledge and teaching experience
  • Asst. Teacher (TGT Arts / CBZ)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD) in aggregate
  • Degree in Education (B.Ed.) / 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
  • Must have passed OSSTET (Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test)
  • Subjects for TGT Arts: Odia, Hindi, Sanskrit, English, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, etc.
  • Subjects for TGT Science (CBZ): Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, etc.
  • Physical Education Teacher (PET)
  • +2 or equivalent with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD/SEBC/Sports person)
  • C.P.Ed./B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed. from recognised board/university
