Education Qualification Odisha Block level Recruitment 2025

Data Assistant cum Accountant (DAA)

  • Graduate in Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Must have passed PGDCA/DCA/OS-CIT (minimum 6 months course) or an equivalent course from a recognized institute.

2. Block Program Manager (BPM)

  • Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Must have completed a One-Year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

3. Block Account Manager (BAM)

  • Graduate in Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Basic knowledge of computing.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting.

4. Public Health Manager (PHM)

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health or Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health (2 years). OR
  • Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (2 years). OR
  • Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Health Care Management/Hospital Management/Health & Hospital Management (2 years). OR
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (2 years).
  • All qualifications must be from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in health program management (disease surveillance, community mobilization, IEC BCC activities, quality control, monitoring & evaluation).
  • Must have basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).

5. RMNCH/FP Counselor

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Counseling Psychology/Sociology/Public Administration with at least 55% marks. OR
  • Master’s Degree in any of the above fields with at least 55% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the health or social sector.

6. Laboratory Assistant

  • B.Sc. with CBZ from a recognized university.
  • Preference for candidates with computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).

7. Asha Worker

  • Passed at least 10th grade.
  • Must be a permanent resident of the specified area.
  • Only female candidates can apply.
