- Basic Pay: Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Provided as per IDA pattern.
- Cafeteria Allowance: 35% of Basic Pay.
- Additional Benefits: Includes Gratuity, House Rent Allowance (HRA) or subsidized accommodation, Medical benefits, and Leave encashment as per Major Port regulations.
- Pension Scheme: Employees will be covered under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) applicable to Central Autonomous Bodies.
