  • 10+2 / Matric + XII or equivalent
  • Proficiency in stenography: 80 w.p.m. dictation
    • Transcription: 50 mins (English) / 65 mins (Hindi)
  • Junior Secretariat Assistant (General, F&A, S&P):
  • 10+2 / Matric + XII or equivalent
  • Computer typing proficiency:
  • English: 35 w.p.m.
  • Hindi: 30 w.p.m.

Age Limit

  • unior Stenographer: 18–27 years
  • Junior Secretariat Assistant: 18–28 years
  • Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (plus relaxation for SC/ST/OBC)
  • Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)

Selection Process

  • Competitive Written Examination (OMR or Computer-Based, MCQ format)

Salary

  • Junior Stenographer: Level-4 (₹ 25,500 – ₹ 81,100)
