- Office Assistant (Clerk): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Officer Scale-I (PO): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for Agriculture, IT, etc.).
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Bachelor’s degree with relevant specialization + work experience in respective field.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience as officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
